He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Carolyn A. (Dwyer), his mother: Ann L. Fassett, 2 sons:  David Fassett and Luke Fassett, all of Lyndonville, a step-son: Bruce Dwyer (Jen & children) of Passumpsic, brother: Ronald Fassett (Nancy) of Anchorage, AK, 3 sisters: Margaret “Peggy” Powers (Bob) of Gilford, NH, Nancy Berry of Sheffield, Rose Ramsdell (Pete) of Newport, VT, a brother-in-law: Walt Dwyer (Lynn) of Lyndonville, a sister-in-law:  the Rev. Barbara Dwyer of Lyndonville, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a twin brother prior to birth, 2 brothers: Richard and Robert Fassett, 5 brothers-in-law: Gayland Berry, Reginald Dwyer, Kenneth (& Helen) Dwyer, Ronnie Dwyer, Stephen Dwyer, and a sister-in-law: Lois Noyes (& Lawrence).

A Graveside Service will be held at 10AM on Friday, August 24, 2018, at the William Dexter Cemetery in Sheffield with the Rev. Barbara Dwyer officiating. A reception will follow at the Lyndonville VFW on Hill Street.  There will be no calling hours.
